Food and drinks for the party

A precious moment at Villa Anna means you can relax as a party planner, organizer and main character.

Here in the charming culture block of Uppsala we offer a sensation of flavors for you and your guests, with experienced staff who enhance the experience to another level.

There’s room for up to 86 guests and the mood of the banquet hall can be transformed and modified after your personal wishes. A glassed in the corner lets day- and moonlight in, and the hall can for example be darkened for an effective movie or picture showing with a projector in the ceiling and a big screen.

You can also if needed reserve the entire hotel, including dining room, banquet halls, hotel rooms and suits.

Menu suggestions
This menu is served in the banquet hall for a minimum of 15 people. Please note that the same menu is served for the whole group. We need the menu choices a week in advance. Let us know about eventual allergies when you book the hall.

You select your own menu and can add canapées, bread, cheese and pralines.
(cheese is included in the four-course menu).

Starters

Jerusalem artichoke soup with chanterelles, pine nuts and bleak roe

Tartar on beef inner thigh, smoked almond, ramson caper emulsion, and pickled silver onion

Main course

Baked char, Sandefjord sauce, pointed cabbage, dill and peas

Roasted venison, smoked pumpkin purée, fried potatoes, kale and red wine sauce

Desserts

Vanilla panna cotta, muscovado sugar, berry sorbet and meringue

Swedish farm cheeses with marmalade and seed biscuits
