To stay in a suite is an easy way to enjoy your stay a little extra. Our suites are 61 and 64 square meters, and have a nice and luxurious feeling to them.

From the big entrance with handpainted wallpapers the room continues with a thorough planning, with a living room that contains a lounge suite, bar and a desk fit as a workplace. Further in the bedroom with a 210 cm continental bed made by quality leading Carpe Diem Beds of Sweden you will have a good night’s sleep in crispy sheets and covers. The bathroom has a private relaxing feeling and contains a sauna, a lovely bathtub, a shower and a separate toilet. If you wish to watch some of your favorite channels there are two 42” screen televisions.

The room has a view of Trefaldighetskyrkan and the cathedral. One of our suites has in addition a view of the dome of Gustavianum.

Our rooms

Welcome to a good night’s sleep at Villa Anna – a tasteful and calm oasis, located close to Uppsala’s beautiful sights. Here you will be in the midst of the town’s historical quarters with shopping and the Fyrisån river right next to the hotel. Here at Domkyrkoplan, surrounded by the Trefaldighetskyrkan church, Gustavianum’s dome, the cathedral and Dekanhuset (Dean House), you will really feel the history of Uppsala.

Villa Anna is a tasteful hotel that dates back to 1874. We offer eleven unique and individually designed rooms, one of which is a single room with a 105-cm wide bed, two Superior double rooms, two Premium double rooms, three De Luxe double rooms and three Premium suites. One of our Premium suites can be booked with a connecting De Luxe double room, then offering 99 square metres.

Escape from the world in an amazing, beautifully designed room! No matter which room you choose, you will sleep in a comfortable bed from Carpe Diem Beds of Sweden and wake up to a luxurious breakfast buffet. All our rooms have their own personal signum as regards colour scheme, textiles and wallpaper. The furniture is of Swedish design and of course there are all the facilities you need to fully enjoy your stay.

Culinary experiences of world class

Our ambition is to create an atmosphere where our guests can relax and enjoy a pleasant homely feel. As for our food – that’s a chapter in itself! We are passionate about organic and locally produced products. Our breakfast consists primarily of carefully chosen ingredients from local farms and many of our dishes are cooked to order so as to give our guests the best possible culinary experience. Oven-hot fresh bread, eggs, farm bacon, soured milk and yoghurt, pancakes with cloudberry jam, kavelgris (a traditional type of bread), French toast and other delightful classics are served in true country style. Naturally, our coffee is always freshly ground and pressed.

The hotel is open from 8.00 on tuesday morning until 13.00 on Sunday and staff are accessible round the clock.

In the hotel’s little boutique, you will find many fine and delightful items that will give you some everyday luxury, for example, art, jewellery, glass, china, interior fittings and luxurious toiletries. We also sell our popular gift vouchers which allow the recipients to choose their own enjoyable experience.
